My Fast-Track Hypnosis System was developed as an alternative to conventional Hypnotherapy methods, that would sometimes involve regression to childhood memories, taking perhaps 15 sessions. I saw a requirement for people who had undergone a recent traumatic event to be able to be helped quicker, without the needless regression. The success of my method allowed me to progress and use the system for a wide range of problems.
