About me - (boring bit) Following a life-long interest in using the power of the mind to create positive results, I qualified with a diploma in hypnotherapy and analysis from the Institute of Hypnosis in 1988. Beginning my first successful full time, caring private practice at this time. During the next seventeen years I continued studying whilst working full time, helping clients with a wide range of problems. Further qualifying with a Doctorship in Hypnosis in 1990, a diploma in Stress Management & then awarded a PhD(hon) for work in Stress Management in 1995, I continued. Learning NLP, Various Psychotherapies, including CBT, and Applied/Systematic Kinesiology. With such a wealth & combination of therapies to draw upon, I have helped a large number of people achieve their desired results, with the majority of my work coming from past client word of mouth. Over this time Ive also been fortunate to gain yet more experience building three other friendly successful practices, one in Londons Harley Street, one in a Clinic & the other working from a large GP doctors practice in East Grinstead. A Member or Fellow of seventeen professional governing bodies, covering the various therapies. Have full malpractice insurance and continue professional development.
What we'll do - (interesting bit) Well begin with an initial consultation to go through the problems as you see them, answer any questions you may have about hypnotherapy etc, and formulate a plan of action to achieve what you want to. The whole process is solution focused and common sense. Which means, although looking at the problems to gain awareness and deal with them, we will then concentrate more on the solutions. We will discuss your individual requirements, however a short course of three to seven sessions is all thats usually required for most people to completely achieve what they want to. Youll be given a live recording of each hypnotherapy session for you to take home and practice with in between visits, further increasing the effectiveness.
