What
is Hypnotherapy? Hypnotherapy is fast becoming the preferred
vehicle for personal growth and change. Hypnosis is
a naturally occurring state of relaxation. The hypnotherapist
uses this natural ability to form a beneficial treatment.
Hypnosis works at a deep level of understanding. In
this way, the client is enabled to affect positive and
enduring personal changes to all manner of physical
and emotional conditions. Not only can it be used to
change unwanted habits such as smoking or over eating,
but also used to treat a wide range of conditions including;
phobias, panic attacks, anxiety and stress symptoms.
In addition, many people are turning to hypnotherapy
to improve confidence and self - esteem, and to enhance
learning and creativity.
