As you are reading this page, I assume that there is something in your life that you would like to change or improve. I know from my own personal experience that if you decide to choose hypnotherapy to make that change, you will almost certainly achieve a lot more than you originally wanted.

In 1999, I attended a self-hypnosis course that completely revolutionised my life. My original motivation had been mainly to deal with insomnia, but also curiosity about what hypnosis would feel like and whether I could even do it.

The course was a revelation, as I soon realised that what I was actually getting was a toolkit for improving my general health and wellbeing. It inspired me to train as a hypnotherapist in order that I could help other people to transform their own lives.

Since then I have done many different hypnotherapy training courses with some of the best practitioners and teachers in the field, and also learnt adjunctive techniques and therapies such as EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). There is always something new to learn in this field and I still find it continuously exciting and interesting.

I ran a busy practice in Bath for several years and now practice in North London.

I cover all the usual areas that hypnotherapy can be used for, such as smoking cessation, becoming more confident etc and I have particular experience in working with people with chronic disease.

As well as seeing people for private consultations I also enjoy running courses - part of my pre-hypnotherapy background is in IT training and, before that, teaching English. Courses include: self-hypnosis; hypno-slimming; hypnosis for pregnancy and childbirth; self-healing; freedom from asthma; preparation for exams.
