JOHN ASHER, BSc - PhD

John Asher

PROFILE:

Prior to becoming a counsellor in 1990, John had a substantial career in business which included work in the field of equal opportunities and negotiation with unions. Since then he has studied extensively. His experience has included therapeutic roles with a Mental Health Trust and 10 years continuing experience with clients at a local drug centre.

He is a member of the Hypnotherapy Association, a member of the Human Givens Institute, a Practitioner Member of the National Smoking Cessation Institute and a member of the NHS Directory of Complementary and Alternative Practitioners.

Whether you want to stop smoking or using other drugs, reduce your weight naturally, get healthier and fitter, or perhaps would like to be free of emotional difficulties such as depression, obsession, anxiety, panic, stress and phobia, hypnosis is the most effective way to achieve your goals. Hypnosis can also help you achieve what you want in life; for example, confidence, motivation, memory, learning, feelings of capability and self-esteem. It is also particularly helpful in overcoming psychosomatic difficulties eg blushing and many other unwelcome and undesirable physiological symptoms..

We all have an abundance of skills, talents, knowledge and experiences which we do not put to use, and hypnotherapy can make these available to us, as and when we need them.

More often than not, a single session will achieve the results you hope for. Where two, and seldom more, are required, the aim is always to achieve results as rapidly as possible

John says "Although I do not have a magic wand, I have achieved a high success rate and I look forward to helping you to release your innate talents and abilities to solve your own personal problems and difficulties."
