Mavis is a mature and experienced practitioner in Clinical Hypnotherapy and Counselling who offers professional, effective,confidential and caring assistance for a wide variety of problems. She frequently helps clients with smoking cessation, weightloss, phobias, depression, stress/anxiety and irritable bowel syndrome.

Her particular interest is working with deep-seated emotional problems. She is the East Yorkshire Clinical Hypnotherapist for The National Phobics Society.

Mavis is fully committed to ongoing advanced personal development and training. She has worked in Brough and Beverley GP Surgeries on a private basis. She works within a medical centre as a Clinical Hypnotherapist/Counsellor in the city centre of  Hull.
